When will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 2pm MYT ship the same working day from Klang. Peninsular Malaysia is 2–3 working days, East Malaysia 4–6, and you'll get a tracking link the moment the label prints.
Do you ship internationally?
Singapore and Brunei for now. Duties are calculated at checkout so nothing lands as a surprise at the door.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Yes, until the label is printed. Email us the order number and the new address and we'll catch it if it hasn't left the warehouse.
How do I skip or pause a delivery?
Log in, hit Skip next delivery, and nothing charges. There's no minimum number of deliveries and no cancellation fee, ever.
Can I change how often it ships?
Any interval between two and twelve weeks. Most families with a newborn land on three weeks, then stretch it out as the changes slow down.
Do subscribers get the 15% on everything?
Yes, on every item in the subscription order — including one-off additions you drop in before it ships.
What's your returns policy?
Unopened packs come back within 60 days for a full refund. If a pack arrives dry or damaged we replace it immediately — no photos, no forms.
My baby reacted to a product. What now?
Stop using it and email us with the lot number from the pack. We refund in full and send the batch's lab results so you and your paediatrician can see exactly what was in it.
Are the wipes safe for newborn faces?
Yes. Ultra-pure DI water, fragrance-free and lab tested to international standards for use from day one. For mouths and faces specifically, our 99% pure water mouth & face wipes are made for the job.
Where do I find the lab test results?
Every pack carries a lot number. Send it to us on WhatsApp and we'll email the laboratory report for that exact production run.
Are the wipes really home compostable?
Yes — certified, and a first in baby care. They break down in about 28 days in an ordinary home compost system and leave nutrient-rich compost behind.
